My wife met Cheryl at an open house that she was hosting, we were not from the area and did not know much about the community nor the house. After doing a facetime with me on the home and having her explain the amenities of the Solera Community, we were both sold that night. It was such a great experience working with Cheryl. She was always available to explain any concerns we had and very responsive with questions and concerns. Unfortunately, we had to back out of our contract and Cheryl was understandable and as professional as when she was writing the offer for us.
